The Vulcan 48S-8B Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick for any restaurant that wants a reliable range with a full burner top and a standard oven base. For durability, this 48” wide model uses stainless steel construction on its high shelf, sides, front, and back riser.
In the restaurant range category, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue. With Vulcan Restaurant Gas Ranges your commercial kitchen will be able to keep up with peak demand without any issue and you can trust that the equipment will serve for years to come.
To protect against spills and boilovers, the eight open top burners on this range feature a shrouded flash tube pilot system. Each pair of burners is covered by one of these pilots which also reduces the amount of gas consumed by the system. The simple lift-off burners are easy to clean and accessing them is simple since the heavy-duty grates also lift-off.
The 26-⅜” wide standard oven at the base of this range has a standard baker’s depth and two oven racks that can be moved to four different positions. To keep the oven well insulated the bottom and door panel are made from porcelain. With a thermostat that controls the baking temperature between 250°F and 500°F, this oven is very versatile.
