If your restaurant needs a reliable range with a large number of open top burners in a relatively compact package complete with a convection oven, the Vulcan 48C-8B Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick. At 48” in width, this unit doesn’t take up much room and it’s extremely durable with stainless steel used on its high shelf, back riser, sides, and front.

When it comes to Restaurant Gas Ranges, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range.

To prevent the eight open top burners from consuming too much gas each pair of burners is covered by a flash tube pilot. This shrouded design also prevents the pilots from going out from spills and boilovers. The simple lift-off burners are easy to clean and accessing them is simple since the heavy-duty grates also lift-off.

The convection oven base on this range has a 26-⅜” wide opening and is baker’s depth with two oven racks that can be adjusted to four positions. A 115v/60/1-ph blower that draws 4.0 amps provides plenty of airflow and a 6’ power cord and plug is included. The oven’s thermostat can provide temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
