Vulcan 48C-4B24G Description
If your kitchen needs a reasonably compact range that includes a convection oven, open top burners, and a griddle look no further than the Vulcan 48C-4B24G Endurance™ Restaurant Range. This restaurant-grade range is tried and tested and serves without issue in professional kitchens around the globe. This 48” wide range model uses stainless steel construction on its back riser, sides, high shelf, and front making it extremely durable and easy to maintain.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ provides unparalleled performance in the Restaurant Gas Ranges category. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.
To protect against spills and boilovers, the four open top burners on this range feature a shrouded flash tube pilot system. Each pair of burners is covered by one of these pilots which also reduces the amount of gas consumed by the system. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
The 24” wide griddle on this range allows users to easily manipulate food. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
To quickly distribute heat in this convection oven a 115v/60/1-ph 4.0 amp blower is used. The oven cavity has a 26-⅜” wide opening and baker’s depth. A 6’ power cord and plug are included for the blower. The thermostat on the oven can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
