If you’re looking for a restaurant-grade range that comes with a griddle section and a burner top with a standard oven base, the Vulcan 48S-4B24G Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a go-to option that commercial kitchens around the world rely on every day. At 48” in width, this unit doesn’t take up much room and it’s extremely durable with stainless steel used on its high shelf, back riser, sides, and front.
The Vulcan Endurance Series™ lineup of Restaurant Gass Ranges are some of the highest quality pieces of equipment available in the category. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.
With four open top burners, this range offers users a flexible platform. Vulcan’s flash tube pilot system features shrouded pilots that each cover two burners. This reduces the amount of gas the pilots consume while protecting them against spills and boilovers. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open-top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
The griddle on this range is 24” wide to make working with food as simple as possible. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
At the base of this range is a standard oven featuring a baker’s depth that’s 26-⅜” wide. It comes with two racks that can be moved to 4 different positions. The oven is insulated with porcelain on the door panel and oven bottom. The oven’s thermostat can provide temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
