Add a full-width griddle right on your countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base with this 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a griddle. With the stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, this unit can withstand the rigors of daily use.

The griddle is equipped with six (6) 16,000 BTU burners and a 1" thick plate that retains heat well so the griddle spends less time preheating and recovering after each use. Splash guards are set around the rear and sides to prevent spills and splatters from escaping to surrounding equipment and surfaces. There is a removable stainless steel grease drawer that makes for quick and easy disposal.

This commercial range has a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box for enhanced efficiency and flexibility. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke coming from the unit away from the users and towards the ventilation hood.
