With the 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range, you can install a graduated hot top on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base. This unit comes with stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom to defend against rust and corrosion. The legs can even be adjusted to various heights for installation on uneven flooring. The full-width graduated hot top is outfitted with a powerful 62,000 BTU burner. The removable steel plates can reach temperatures of up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit at the center.

This commercial range comes with a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box for efficiency and flexibility. The 5" stainless steel flue riser helps clear the space of the heat and smoke produced by the unit by driving it away from the users and towards the ventilation hood.
