Boasting 141,000 BTU of cooking power, this heavy-duty commercial gas range has a set of three (3) hot tops each measuring 12" plus a convection oven. The front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs are all made of stainless steel, making them invulnerable to rust and corrosion. 

Each hot top comes with two (2) 16,000 BTU burners that are operated from one control knob with high and low settings. They each have a removable steel plate that can heat up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit at the center. This commercial range has a 45,000 BTU convection oven that is equipped with a dual-speed fan, which moves air throughout the chamber to cook everything inside it evenly. There are three (3) racks supplied that you can set on five (5) position side rails. The convection oven has a temperature range of 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. You can use the thermostatic controls to set a specific temperature for each cooking session to help you achieve desired results. The porcelain enamel is attractive but also a breeze to keep clean.

There is a 9.25" deep front rail at the front as well as a fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser draws the heat away from the user and towards your ventilation hood to keep the kitchen safe and cool.
