With this 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range, you only need an empty counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base to install a full-width charbroiler--no floor space required. This unit has stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom, so it is ready for rigorous use.

Able to reach up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the charbroiler is powered by six (3) 16,000 BTU burners with stainless steel radiants that create an evenly heated cooking surface out of the cast iron grates so you can maximize the entire cooking space. The cast-iron grates are removable and adjustable to suit each recipe you throw at the charbroiler. The cast iron construction offers excellent retention that shaves off precious time from preheating or recovery after each use. The charbroiler comes with a removable drip tray for speedy maintenance. 

This commercial range comes complete with a 9.25" deep rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. A 5" high stainless steel flue riser aids in eliminating heat and smoke produced by the unit by moving it towards the ventilation hood.
