Southbend P36N-BBB Commercial Range, 36" W with 6 Burners and Modular Base - 210,000 BTU

Designed to boost your cooking power without using additional space, this 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to add six (6) open burners on a counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The front, sides, rear, and exterior, are all made of stainless steel, making this unit a sleek and sturdy piece of equipment you can rely on for many years.

The open burners individually operate at up to 35,000 BTU. Thanks to the unique non-clogging design, the burners don't get soiled by overflow liquids and in turn maintain optimal gas flow and flame strength. Each burner has a removable welded steel top grate that creates a durable flat surface that makes it safer and easier to reposition the cookware. A removable drip tray is included for easy maintenance. 

This commercial range has a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
