Southbend P36N-TTC Description
This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to install a griddle and charbroiler on your counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base, so you can save space and still boost your production capacity. Built to handle the most exacting cooking jobs, this unit has stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom.
The griddle measures 24" and comes with four (4) 16,000 BTU burners. The 1" thick plate holds heat well to accelerate the preheating and recovery in between use. With the thermostatic controls, you can set the exact temperature within the temperature range of 180 degrees and 400 degrees Fahrenheit to get desired results every single time. Splash guards surrounding the rear and sides help prevent spills and splatters from escaping to nearby equipment and surfaces. For easy maintenance, the stainless steel grease drawer can be removed.
The 12" charbroiler comes with two (2) 16,000 BTU burners and stainless steel radiants that evenly heat the cast-iron grates to eliminate any cold and hot spots for uniform cooking results. The charbroiler can cook with temperatures of up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. You can remove or adjust the grates so you can customize the setup to fit the needs of each recipe. The cast iron has heat-retaining abilities so the charbroiler won't take long to preheat or recover after each cooking session. The removable drip tray makes maintenance a breeze.
For increased efficiency and functionality, this commercial range has a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser draws the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the users and towards the ventilation hood.
