With this 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range, you don't need additional floor space to add open burners. It can be installed on a counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom make for a tough and sleek piece of cooking equipment that boosts your production line.

The Signature Pyromax burners that each deliver cooking power of up to 45,000 BTU. They are designed to prevent clogging, which helps keep the gas flow and flame strength optimal and cleaning much easier. A removable welded steel top grate is mounted on each open burner to create a flat smooth surface where pots and pans are placed and can be safely moved around as needed. A removable drip tray saves you time and labor on maintenance.

This commercial range has a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser assists in clearing the space of heat and smoke coming from the unit by moving it towards the ventilation hood.
