Southbend P32N-BBB Platinum Heavy Duty Range

This heavy-duty commercial gas range from Southbend allows you to add six (6) 35,000 BTU burners on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom make this commercial range a durable and reliable cooking companion in any busy kitchen.

The open burners deliver a total cooking power of 210,000 BTU. Each one comes with a removable welded steel top grate that forms a flat and smooth surface that makes it safe and ergonomic to move heavy pots and pans around the cooking surface. They have a unique clog-free design that makes them very easy to keep clean and helps maintain proper gas flow. The front of the unit also features a 9.25" deep rail.

The lining and burner box come with full insulation for an efficient operation. The 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke away from users and towards the ventilation hood to keep the kitchen clean and safe.
