Boasting 180,000 BTU of cooking power, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range features a set of four (4) Signature Pyromax burners at the top and a stainless steel cabinet at the base, providing tons of cooking power and functionality in a single unit. Designed with long-lasting durability in mind, this unit has stainless steel front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs that won't easily rust, scratch, or stain.

Each operating at 45,000 BTU, the open burners have a clog-free design that prevents overflowing liquids from obstructing gas flow. The burners also have removable top cast-iron grates that create a flat surface that makes pans and pots easy to move around. There is a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. The front has a 9.25" deep rail that creates a safe distance between the user and the cooktop.

This commercial range has a fully insulated lining and burner box that help keep the operation as efficient as can be. The 5" stainless steel flue riser helps keep the environment safe and cool for users by diverting the heat and smoke towards the ventilation hood.
