A hot top and a griddle in one, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range can transform a counter, a refrigerated base, or a freezer base into a full-fledged cooking station. This unit features stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom that protect from rust and corrosion.

The hot top and griddle have their own set of two (2) 20,000 burners. The removable steel plates of the hot top can sustain temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The griddle plate has a  thickness of 1", which contributes to heat retention so you can switch from one batch to another more quickly. It has a removable stainless steel drawer that lets you easily discard grease from the cooking session. The front of the cooktop has a 9.25" deep rail that offers more functional space.

This commercial range features a fully insulated lining and burner box for excellent cooking efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser keeps users comfortable by drawing the heat and smoke away from their space and towards the ventilation hood.
