Southbend P16N-C Description
This 16" heavy-duty commercial gas range offers a simple way to install a charbroiler on a countertop or a refrigerated/freezer base. Powered by two (2) 20,000 BTU burners, the charbroiler can reach as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate an array of recipes. The stainless steel radiants won't easily rust or corrode for long-lasting service life. The cast-iron grates have excellent heat retention so there the charbroiler takes a much shorter time to preheat and recover. There is a dripping tray that can be removed for quick discarding of waste accumulated from each cooking session.
Designed with long service life in mind, this commercial range has stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, which are adjustable to different heights to fit uneven floors. The front of the charbroiler is a 9.25" deep rail that offers an additional work surface. The lining and burner are fully insulated to help achieve consistent temperatures during use while the 5" high stainless steel flue riser keeps the station comfortable by diverting heat and gases away from users.
This heavy-duty range meets all CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards.
