If you need a plancha to cook at high temperatures and deliver delicious meats and vegetables in a snap, this 16,000 BTU heavy-duty commercial gas range is a great choice. The plancha is manually controlled, complete with a battery spark ignition. The durable half-inch thick reinforced steel plate is heated by cast-iron burners that retain heat well to speed up recovery and preheat time. The front two-thirds plate is the high heat zone, which can reach temperatures as high as 800 degrees Fahrenheit. The rear one-third of the plate has lower temperatures perfect for finishing up the products. There is 5" deep rail at the front and splash guards around the rear and sides of the plate to protect surfaces and equipment nearby from spills and splatters. The base functions as a cabinet where you can place all your cooking essentials for easy access.

Designed for painless maintenance, this commercial range has a raised plate and a 3" wide collection tray on the sides to isolate the waste coming from the cooking surface. With the stainless steel construction on many components, including the front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, cabinet base, and 6" adjustable legs, this unit is a reliable addition to any busy operation. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep heat contained while the 5" high stainless steel flue riser ensures the smoke and gases produced by the plancha will be redirected away from the user and into the ventilation hood.

Plancha units have a raised griddle plate for easy cleaning of cooking surface between loads. 3" wide collection on sides allow separation of waste for preparation of next fare. Plancha griddle is 1/2" thick reinforced steel plate powered by cast iron burners provides fast preheat and recovery time. High heat zone with max temperatures of 800°F located on front 2/3 of plate for quick sear with decreased temps on rear 1/3 of plate for product finishing.

Range: 16"-wide front-manifold sectional range includes 9-3/4" width 16,000 BTU NAT (15,500 BTU LP) griddle with side and rear splashers and grease drawer. Front Rail: 5" deep front rail. Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser. Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold). Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard. Cabinet Base: Stainless steel cabinet base with a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left.
