If you’re in the market for a range that uses LP gas and comes with a half-dozen open top burners, a charbroiler, a convection oven, and a standard oven, the Vulcan 60SC-6B24CBP Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an extremely reliable unit that you can trust day in and day out. The 60” width of this range model is a great balance that will fit into most kitchens while providing the equipment that users need while providing decent elbow room to get the job done comfortably.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers unrivaled performance in the restaurant-grade range market. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range. Restaurant Gas Ranges made by Vulcan are trusted all around the world to provide year after year of dependable service in commercial kitchens.
To protect against spills and boilovers, the six open top burners on this range feature a shrouded flash tube pilot system. Each pair of burners is covered by one of these pilots which also reduces the amount of gas consumed by the system. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
To efficiently charbroil food this range has a 24” charbroiler with four burners with supercharger dividers. The burners are individually controllable with their own control knobs, these control knobs are designed to be cool to the touch to make adjusting easy.
With two different oven types, this range has plenty of baking space and versatility. The convection oven has a powerful blower that uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. A 6’ power cord complete with a plug set is included to connect it to an outlet. Both ovens are baker’s depth and the convection oven is 26-⅜” wide while the standard oven is 20-¼” in width. Each oven has two racks that can be moved to four positions. The oven cavities can be thermostatically set from 250°F to 500°F.
