Commercial kitchens need a range that they can trust to work without fail every day, the 60SC-4B36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is a great example of this. With both convection and standard ovens as well as a thermostatic griddle and open top burners, this range is an easy pick that offers versatility. This 60” range model features stainless steel construction on its sides, high shelf, front, and back riser.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ provides unparalleled performance in the Restaurant Gas Range category. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue.
Each pair of this range’s four open-top burners use Vulcan’s innovative flash tube pilot system. This system uses a shrouded pilot that reduces the amount of gas consumed by the range while protecting the pilot from boilovers and spills. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
To easily set the temperature on the 36” wide griddle it features thermostatic controls The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
Both ovens are baker’s depth and the standard oven measures 20-¼” wide while the convection oven is 26-⅜” in width. Each oven has two racks that can be adjusted to four positions. The convection oven features a blower with an electric motor that uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power that easily connects to an outlet via a 6’ power cord. These ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F.
