Vulcan 60SS-6B24CBP Description
For commercial kitchens that need a range that has a charbroiler and open top burners with two standard ovens, the Vulcan 60SS-6B24CBP Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a great option. This range is designed for restaurant use and is configured to use LP gas. This 60” wide range uses stainless steel construction on its sides, front high shelf, and back riser to make sure it will serve in your kitchen for years without any issues.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers unrivaled performance in the market of Restaurant Gas Ranges . WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime.
Each pair of this range’s half-dozen open-top burners use Vulcan’s innovative flash tube pilot system. This system uses a shrouded pilot that reduces the amount of gas consumed by the range while protecting the pilot from boilovers and spills. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
To efficiently charbroil food this range has a 24” charbroiler with four burners with supercharger dividers. The burners can be adjusted individually with their own control knobs. To make adjusting these knobs easy while cooking they are made to be cool to the touch.
Both standard oven cavities in this range are baker’s depth and each comes with two oven racks that can be adjusted to four positions. The oven on the right has a 26-⅜” wide opening while the other oven measures 20-¼” wide. The oven thermostat can be adjusted from 250°F to 500°F.
