Vulcan 60SC-6B24CBN Description
For kitchens that use natural gas and need a range that has open top burners, a charbroiler, a standard oven, and a convection oven, the 60SC-6B24CBN Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is a great option. Coming in at 60" in width this range model provides balances versatility with the available space to get you the equipment you need in a durable and reliable platform that will last for years to come.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers unrivaled performance in the market of Restaurant Gas Ranges. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime.
To prevent the six open top burners from consuming too much gas each pair of burners is covered by a flash tube pilot. This shrouded design also prevents the pilots from going out from spills and boilovers. Cleaning and maintaining the open top burners is simple thanks to the simple lift-off design on the burner heads and heavy-duty cast grates.
The 24” wide charbroiler on this range has four burners and supercharger dividers. The burners can be adjusted individually with their own control knobs. To make adjusting these knobs easy while cooking they are made to be cool to the touch.
The standard oven has a width of 20-¼” while the convection oven is 26-3/18” wide. Both ovens are baker’s depth and each come with two racks that can be set to four positions. The convection oven has a blower motor that uses standard 114v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps, to attach it to a power outlet a 6’ power cord with plug is included. Both ovens can be set to bake at temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
