Vulcan 60SS-4B36G Description
The 60SS-4B36G Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is a feature-packed range that comes complete with two standard ovens a large griddling section and open top burners. This 60” range model features stainless steel construction on its sides, high shelf, front, and back riser.
When it comes to Restaurant Gas Ranges, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime.
To protect against spills and boilovers, the four open top burners on this range feature a shrouded flash tube pilot system. Each pair of burners is covered by one of these pilots which also reduces the amount of gas consumed by the system. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
With a 36” wide griddle, this range offers plenty of room to handle multiple items. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
Both of the standard ovens on this range feature baker’s depth and the unit on the left is 20-¼” wide while the one on the right is 26-⅜” wide. Both ovens feature porcelain on the bottom and door panel for insulation. The oven cavities have separate thermostats that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
