Vulcan 60SS-6B24G-QS-PLATINUM Description
When you need to equip your commercial kitchen with a dual oven range that has a burner top and a griddle section, you can’t go wrong with the Vulcan 60SS-6B24G Endurance™ Restaurant Range. This 60” range model features stainless steel construction on its sides, high shelf, front, and back riser.
In the restaurant range category, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. For excellent durability, this range features an aluminized steel frame that’s fully MIG welded. Restaurant Gas Ranges from Vulcan are specifically designed to provide a reliable platform that operators can trust to serve for many years.
The six open top burners on this range feature shrouded flash tube pilots for every two burners. This reduces the amount of gas the pilots use while making them more reliable. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
To make griddling food as easy as possible this range has a 24” wide griddle. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
Both of the standard ovens on this range feature baker’s depth and the unit on the left is 20-¼” wide while the one on the right is 26-⅜” wide. Both ovens feature porcelain on the bottom and door panel for insulation. These ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F.
