Vulcan 36S-2B24G Description
If your commercial kitchen needs a range that offers a larger griddle area and a couple of burners the 36S-2B24G Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan should be at the top of the list. This 36” wide range unit features stainless steel construction on its front, sides, back riser, and high shelf.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers unrivaled performance in the restaurant-grade range market. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue. Vulcan’s restaurant gas ranges are designed to keep up with the demands of commercial kitchens to get orders filled and served as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The twin open top burners on this range share a single pilot using a shrouded flash tube. This design saves on gas consumption while protecting the pilot from spills and boilovers. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on
With a 24” wide griddle, this range offers plenty of room to handle multiple items. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
The standard oven at the base of this range measures 26-⅜” wide, and baker’s depth with two oven racks that can be adjusted to four positions. Porcelain on the oven bottom and door panel keep it well insulated. The oven thermostat can be adjusted from 250°F to 500°F.
