Vulcan 36S-2B24CBP Description
If you need a reliable range with a charbroiler and burners the 36S-2B24CBP Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is a great solution for commercial kitchens using liquid propane. Coming in at 36” wide, this range unit has a small footprint while delivering reliable service. Stainless steel is used on the front, back riser, sides, and high shelf to make sure it will last for years to come.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with Restaurant Gas Ranges that stand above the rest. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue.
To keep the twin open top burners on this range from consuming too much gas, a single pilot covers both of them. This arrangement uses a shrouded flash tube pilot system that also prevents the pilot from going out due to boilovers and spills. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
This range features a 24” wide charbroiler featuring four burners and supercharger dividers. The burners are individually controllable with their own control knobs, these control knobs are designed to be cool to the touch to make adjusting easy.
The 26-⅜” wide standard oven at the base of this range has a standard baker’s depth and two oven racks that can be moved to four different positions. To keep the oven well insulated the bottom and door panel are made from porcelain. To give users a wide range of baking temperatures this oven comes with a thermostat that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
