Vulcan 36S-6BP Description
For smaller kitchens where space is limited a reasonably compact range like the LP powered 36S-6BP Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is a great option for a range with a standard oven and six open burners. This range unit only takes up as much room as it needs to coming in at 36” wide, this form factor makes it easy to incorporate into almost any kitchen. Once in place, the stainless steel construction on its front, sides, high shelf, and back riser make sure it will last for many years while making it easy to clean and maintain.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with restaurant range units that stand above the rest. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue. With Vulcan’s Restaurant Gas Ranges operators can be sure that the equipment in their commercial kitchen is up to the task of keeping up with peak demand without issue.
Each pair of this range’s six open-top burners use Vulcan’s innovative flash tube pilot system. This system uses a shrouded pilot that reduces the amount of gas consumed by the range while protecting the pilot from boilovers and spills. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
The standard oven base on this range features a full baker’s depth with a 26-⅜” wide opening. It comes with two racks with four positions and porcelain on the bottom and door panel for insulation. The thermostat on the oven can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
