Vulcan 36C-36G Description
If your restaurant needs a reliable range with a full griddle top and a convection oven the 36C-36G Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an obvious choice. The 36” wide form factor takes up as little room as possible while providing an effective platform with the versatility your kitchen needs. This range will last for many years thanks to stainless steel construction on its back riser, high shelf, sides, and front.
The Vulcan Endurance Series™ lineup of Restaurant Gas Ranges are some of the highest quality pieces of equipment available in the category. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue.
With a 36” wide griddle, this range offers plenty of room to handle multiple items. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
To quickly distribute heat in this convection oven a 115v/60/1-ph 4.0 amp blower is used. The oven cavity has a 26-⅜” wide opening and baker’s depth. A 6’ power cord and plug are included for the blower. The thermostat on the oven can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
