Vulcan 36C-36GT Description
The 36C-36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan offers a full griddle top with thermostatic control to easily manage the cooking temperature for easily repeatable results. The griddle is mounted on a convection oven base. To make sure this 36” wide range unit will stand the test of time, its sides, high shelf, front, and back riser are made from durable stainless steel that is easy to clean and maintain.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with Restaurant Gas Ranges that stand above the rest. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.
To easily set the temperature on the 36” wide griddle it features thermostatic controls. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
The 115v/60/1-ph blower draws 4.0 amps to evenly distribute heat in this range’s convection oven base. To supply power to the blower a 6-foot power cord is included. The oven’s cavity measures 26-⅜” wide and features full baker’s depth while two oven racks provide plenty of cooking space. To give users a wide range of baking temperatures this oven comes with a thermostat that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
