Vulcan 36C-2B24G Description
The Vulcan 36C-2B24G Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick for any restaurant kitchen that needs a reliable range with a griddle top with a couple of burners and a convection oven. Coming in at 36” wide, this range unit has a small footprint while delivering reliable service. Stainless steel is used on the front, back riser, sides, and high shelf to make sure it will last for years to come.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators Restaurant Gas Ranges that stand above the rest. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime.
Both burners on this range use the same shrouded flash tube pilot. This limits the gas consumed by the range while preventing the pilot from being extinguished by splashes and boilovers. The simple lift-off burners are easy to clean and accessing them is simple since the heavy-duty grates also lift-off.
To make handling food on the griddle easy it comes in at 24” wide. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
The convection oven base on this range has a 26-⅜” wide opening and is baker’s depth with two oven racks that can be adjusted to four positions. A 115v/60/1-ph blower that draws 4.0 amps provides plenty of airflow and a 6’ power cord with plug is included. With a thermostat that controls the baking temperature between 250°F and 500°F, this oven is very versatile.
