This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range features a set of three (3) uniform hot tops on top of a stainless steel cabinet base. With the stainless steel front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs, this unit is dependably constructed to handle the rigors of daily use,

Each uniform hot top on this commercial range features two (2) 16,000 BTU burners that can be controlled with one knob with high and low settings. The removable steel plates can reach temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can make quick work of various foods with high quality every single time. The cabinet base provides abundant space for your cooking supplies, so everything you need is in one convenient location. The cabinet can be accessed with center-opening removable doors. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail. The fully insulated lining and burner box allow for excellent efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser deflects the heat and smoke from the hot tops away from the user to keep them cool and comfortable throughout.
