Southbend P36N-BCC Description
This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range offers a way to add a 24" charbroiler and two (2) 35,000 BTU open burners on top of your counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. With the stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom, this unit is truly built to last.
The burners are non-clogging so the gas flow is not obstructed by overflow liquids, keeping the flame strong and ideal in size. Thanks to the removable welded steel top grates, the pots and pans are at the same level and are easier to shuffle around when needed. Tender and charred meats and vegetables are produced from the charbroiler, which comes with four (4) 16,000 BTU burners. The stainless steel radiants disperse the heat evenly across cast-iron grates to eliminate any cold or hot spots. The temperature can go up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit to provide you with tons of flexibility. Plus, the grates can be removed and adjusted as well so you can customize the setup for each recipe. The cast iron build also holds heat well to cut down preheat or recovery time. Both the open top and the charbroiler come with removable drip trays to speed up your maintenance.
This commercial range is also equipped with a 9.25" deep rail as well as fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser keeps the space clean and cool by pulling the heat and smoke towards the ventilation hood.
