Southbend P36C-BCC Description
This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range has two (2) 35,000 BTU open burners and a 12" charbroiler at the top and a solid stainless steel cabinet at the base, making a complete cooking station that can speed up and streamline your cooking sessions. Made for the toughest jobs, this unit has stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which can be adjusted to different heights when installing on uneven floors.
The four (4) burners on this commercial range do not clog gas flows freely and overflow liquids can be cleaned away painlessly. The burners each have a removable welded steel top grate that makes for a durable and smooth surface that allows for the safe and ergonomic reshuffling of pots and pans when needed.
For perfectly charred and smoky meats, the charbroiler with four (4) 16,000 BTU burners can help. The cooking surface can get as hot as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, with the stainless steel radiants evenly heating the cast-iron grates to remove any cold or hot spots. These grates can be removed or adjusted to help you find the best possible setup for each recipe. And with the cast iron build, there is a great degree of heat retention that speeds up recovery and preheat.
The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail and both the burners and charbroiler have removable drip trays for effortless maintenance. The lining and burner box come fully insulated for excellent efficiency. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser redirects the heat and smoke coming from the cooktop away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
