The Globe GSGDUE14D Sandwich/Panini Grill features two 14”x14” presses with smooth cooking surfaces. Each press has its own thermostatic temperature control for precise temperature settings and timers with four programmable presets for easy repeatability. Each press also has its own easy to remove catch tray for storing excess grease and debris. The cooking surfaces are made from durable cast iron plates that have been seasoned to prevent food from sticking. The cast iron maintains the selected temperature easily and provides even heating for through cooking. The thermostat controls allow for temperatures up to 570°F.

This grill uses 208-240v/60/1-ph power through a single NEMA L6-30P plug with a 4-foot cord and can produce 5400/7200 wats of heat. The wires are encased in a stainless steel tube to protect them from damage. The body of the unit features stainless steel construction which is easy to clean, maintain, and tough enough to function for several years in a commercial kitchen.
