The GPGDUE10 Bistro Panini Grill made by Globe is a fully grooved model with dual 10” upper plates and a single 18” wide bottom plate. The plates are made from heavy-duty cast iron featuring a seasoned surface to prevent food from sticking. The grooved cooking surfaces produce unique lines on food that is not only aesthetically pleasing, it also provides a distinct texture to food. Two temperature control knobs allow operators to set the temperature up to 570°F. The thermostatic controls automatically maintain the temperature set allowing for consistent cooking times. Dual on/off switches make it easy to identify which press is in use. A single stainless steel catch tray runs the entire width of the grill which catches excess grease and debris for easy cleaning.

A 4-foot long power cord is included with a NEMA 6-15 plug since this device is designed for use with 240v/60/1-ph electricity.
