The GSG1410 Sandwich Grill from Globe is a large unit with smooth 14-½” wide upper and lower cooking surfaces. This model provides extra space for grilling larger sandwiches. The cooking surfaces are made from durable cast iron with a seasoned finish to keep food from sticking. Excess grease is collected in a removable catch tray for convenient cleaning.

The cooking temperature is precisely controlled with a thermostatic dial. Once the temperature has been set the grill will maintain that temperature to make sure food is cooked thoroughly. Temperatures between 220°F and 570°F can be set on this grill for precise and repeatable cooking.  A spring hinge provides adjustable tension to make sure the cooking surfaces make full contact with the food.

This sandwich grill uses standard 120/60/1-ph power and has an output of 1800 W. Installation is made simple with the included NEMA 5-15P plug and a 4-foot cord.
