Globe GPG10 Description
The GPG10 Bistro Panini Grill from Globe is a simple compact unit with a 10” x 9-½” cooking area featuring grooved upper and lower plates. The grooved cooking surfaces provide a unique texture to food which is also visually appealing. The cooking surfaces are made from seasoned cast iron for durability and to prevent food from sticking.
This grill is capable of cooking at temperatures as high as 570°F and features thermostatic control. When the desired temperature has been dialed in the unit will automatically maintain this temperature even, thorough cooking throughout the cooking process. A stainless steel catch tray is included to catch all of the debris and grease and is easily removed for cleaning. A grooved stainless steel scraper is also included for easy removal of debris.
This Panini Grill uses standard 120v/60/1-ph power and produces 1,800w of heat energy. A 4-foot power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug is included for easy installation.
