Globe GSG10 Description
The Globe GSG10 Bistro Panini Grill is a simple to use unit with a 10” x 9-½” cooking area featuring smooth upper and lower plates. The smooth cooking surfaces provide even contact with food for even heating. The cooking surfaces are made from seasoned cast iron for durability and to prevent food from sticking.
This grill is capable of cooking at temperatures as high as 570°F and features thermostatic control. When the desired temperature has been dialed in the unit will automatically maintain this temperature even, thorough cooking throughout the cooking process. A stainless steel catch tray is included to catch all of the debris and grease and is easily removed for cleaning. A stainless steel scraper is also included for easy removal of debris.
This Panini Grill uses standard 120v/60/1-ph power and produces 1,800w of heat energy. A 4-foot power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug is included for easy installation.
