The GPG14D Sandwich/Panini Grill from Globe is a compact single press unit with grooved 14”x14” cooking surfaces that produces food with a unique grooved texture. The seasoned cast iron grill plates are heavy-duty and provide excellent heat transfer while minimizing sticking. The amount of pressure exerted by the two grill plates is adjustable to make sure food has ideal contact. The temperature is easily set using a temperature control knob, unlike other commercial grills this is not merely a power setting, this grill is thermostatically controlled. Once the temperature has been set the grill will reach and maintain that temperature throughout the cooking process. The thermostatic control can provide temperatures up to 570°F. 

Another key factor when grilling items is the amount of time they are grilled for. This model makes timing extremely simple with a built-in digital timer. Four presets are programmable allowing for easy single press operation.

This grill uses standard 120v/60/1-ph electricity and produces 1,800 W of heat. A 4-foot long power cable within a stainless steel tube connects to a standard NEMA 5-15P for reliable power delivery.
