Delfield DIS-725-ET Heated Shielded Round Drop-In Dish Dispenser for 6 1/2" to 7-1/4" Dishes

The Delfield DIS-725-ET drop-in dispenser is an excellent addition to any foodservice operation looking to convert a 28" high space into an even-temp heated storage area for 6.5" to 7.25" diameter dishware. This unit has a capacity of 72 plates or a stack height of 24". The cutout diameter is at 9.25" while the top flange diameter is 9.87".

Engineered for longevity, this unit has rugged and easy-to-clean stainless steel from the outer jacket, the welded rods and a removable plate on the dish carrier head to the top flange, vertical side channels, and bottom brace all welded together, providing excellent weight support and protection from contamination. The top flange is encircled by three high-impact guideposts to keep the top plates stable.

The tube can easily be switched on and off and is equipped with a 400-watt convection heating element and a fan motor, warming the plates at 120 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, which you can adjust using the thermostat located inside the motor housing. With the air intake filter in tow, the plates are protected from dirt and other foreign particles. 

This dish dispenser levels the stack automatically after a plate is taken so there’s always a clean dish ready. Stainless steel spring supports are easy to attach or remove so you can reduce or boost the tension according to the weight of the stack.

This Delfield drop-in dish dispenser comes with cUL, UL, and NSF certifications. A 4' (2.7m) cord with NEMA 5-15P plug is included. You’ll also get a one-year warranty on parts and a 90-day standard warranty on labor.
