If you have a lot of small 5" to 5.75" diameter dishware you need to heat and move around your restaurant or cafeteria, this DIS-575-ET drop-in even-temp heated dish dispenser will be a great addition to your business. This unit can support a maximum stack height of 24" or approximately 72 plates. The self-leveling design ensures that a hot new plate is always on hand. is removed for immediate access to clean, hot plates. You can simply add or remove the stainless steel spring supports so maintain the proper tension for the weight of the plates.

A 400-watt convection heating element warms the cavity at 120°F to 140°F to keep the plates perfectly warm for longer. An air intake filter makes sure no foreign particles enter the unit.

This dish dispenser is constructed with stainless steel from the welded rods and removable plate on the dish carrier head all the way to the bottom brace, vertical side channels, and top flange for a long-lasting build that’s easy to maintain. Three guideposts on the flange are made of high-impact plastic to keep the stack of dishes in place. An on/off switch and a thermostat is included to operate the tube easily. 

This Delfield drop-in even-temp dish dispenser comes is certified by cUL, UL, and NSF for safe and commercial use.
