Delfield DIS-650-ET Heated Shielded Round Drop-In Dish Dispenser for 5-3/4" to 6-1/2" Dishes

The DIS-650-ET drop-in dish dispenser is sized for 5.75" to 6.5" diameter dishware. This unit is made to fit 28" high spaces, and you can easily load it with as many as 72 plates or a stack as tall as 24". The cutout diameter measures 9.25" while the top flange diameter is at 9.87".

The exterior and the tube are all made of stainless steel, making this unit highly durable and reliable for long-term use. The stainless steel vertical side channels, top supporting flange, and bottom brace are welded together for added stability and strength. The dish carrier head features stainless steel welded rods and a removable stainless steel plate to keep the plates secure inside while three guideposts on the top flange stabilize the visible plates from the stack.

The plates are always clean and warm, thanks to the 400-watt convection heating element and fan motor to heat the tube cavity at 120°F to 140°F. Thanks to an air intake filter, no dirt and harmful particles will make it to the plates. The temperature inside the tube can be adjusted using the built-in thermostat and with the on/off switch, you can turn the heat off the tube as needed. 

The dish dispenser uses a self-leveling mechanism to automatically boost the stack up to the set level every time the top plates are removed. You can increase or decrease the tension on the changing weight of the plates during operation by adding or removing stainless steel spring supports.

This Delfield drop-in dish dispenser comes with cUL, UL, and NSF certifications. You’ll also get a one-year warranty on parts and a 90-day standard warranty on labor.
