Delfield CAB2-1200ET Description
The CAB2-1200ET dispenser by Delfield is an enclosed two-stack dish dispenser that features two (2) dispensing tubes that can each handle up to 10.12 to 12" diameter 72 dishes measuring at a maximum stacking height of 24". A self-leveling mechanism ensures there’s always a plate ready at all times!
Made of high-quality materials, this plate dispenser has 20-gauge stainless steel on the exterior to the corners and a 16-gauge stainless steel top. Each dispenser tube has an on/off switch and is powered by a 700-watt convection heating element and fan motor to heat plates evenly at 120°F to 140°F. You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat located in each motor housing of the tubes. The air intake is filtered to keep the plates clean and sanitary.
This two-stack dish dispenser has four (4) 4" polyolefin swivel casters that are easy to maneuver but also lockable for excellent stability. The non-marring bumpers on each corner of the unit help prevent injury as well as equipment and wall damage.
The dispenser top flange with three (3) high-impact posts, vertical side channels, and bottom brace are all constructed with stainless steel and are welded together for added strength.
This Delfield two-stack dish dispenser is cUL, UL, and NSF for safe commercial use. It is rated at 11.0 Amps and requires a 120v/60Hz/1. 9’ (2.7m) cord with NEMA 5-20P plug supplied. Looking for more food holding and warming equipment? Check out our full selection here at CKitchen!
