Perfect for stacking and upgrading your existing oven line, the Blodgett ZEPH-100-E BASE electric convection oven is a powerful and energy-efficient performer with ENERGY STAR certification that saves you tons on energy consumption. You can expect long-lasting durability, thanks to the combination of stainless steel on the top, sides, and bottom and full angle-iron frame. The stainless steel legs boost durability while also giving you the ability to adjust the standing height for stable placement in uneven flooring or maintaining the floor space the oven sits on.
This commercial oven adds a spacious baking compartment to your kitchen that can fit as many as five (5) full-size baking pans on chrome-plated racks supplied with the unit. There are 11 available rack positions that help you tweak the space to your specific needs.
The front control panel gives you total control of the oven. The selector allows you to activate Cook Mode where the oven turns, fires up the three (3) tubular heating elements and the 1/2 hp single-inlet fan to distribute the hot air produced. This ensures that hot air surrounds each and every deck, baking everything evenly. The selector also lets you initiate Cool Down mode, which simply drops the temperature after a cooking session. This is useful if you're gearing up for another bake session or simply wrapping up for the day.
The cooking temperatures range from 200 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 500 degrees, giving you plenty of leeway to cook various recipes. The solid-state infinite control thermostat offers one of the industry’s most accurate temperature controls so that you can easily achieve the ideal environment for your baked and roasted offerings. The digital timer keeps you productive and each product out of the oven on point.
The front panel can be removed when needed such as during servicing. You can view the double-sided porcelainized cavity from the dual-pane thermal windows on the doors, which are both lockable with a triple-mounted pressure lock for a powerful seal. The doors share a powder-coated handle for opening and closing for an ever quicker operation.
