Blodgett MARK V-100 BASE Description
The Blodgett MARK V-100 BASE is an 11kW electric convection oven that offers a convenient way to double your kitchen’s volume from a single footprint. This unit a has single baking compartment fit for five (5) full-size baking pans and is supplied with five (5) chrome-plated racks that you can arrange in up to 11 different rack positions for your varying spacing needs. This is an ENERGY STAR-rated unit that can bake and roast your products with special functionalities like Cook-and-Hold and Pulse Plus that you can use to slow-roasting meats and baking delicate dishes.
Built to last for many years, this commercial oven is stainless steel on the top, sides, and bottom with the full angle-iron frame adding stability. The chamber is insulated with solid mineral fiber designed to keep the heat inside for optimal cooking performance, but also make the oven more structurally sound.
A trio of tubular heaters produces heat at temperatures that range from 200 to 500°F that you can just with superb precision using the solid-state thermostat with LED display. Hot air surrounds every rack to get even quality, thanks to the 0.5 hp aluminized fan with automatic thermal overload protection that can switch between low and high speeds to suit each dish.
The interior boasts a clean 14-gauge double-sided porcelain lining that can handle high-heat baking and facilitate easy cleaning. The combination of the halogen lamps and the dual-pane thermal glass windows provide an easy and efficient way to check your baking progress, reducing the need for opening the doors, which only disrupts the oven's cooking process and releases heat. The control area fan provides a quick cooling solution that decreases downtime after every bake and safely powering down the unit for the day.
The triple-mounted pressure locks and turnbuckle assembly on the stainless steel doors ensure a tight seal. Both doors were also designed to open or close simultaneously from the same single powder-coated handle. The front control panel slides out for convenient access. A vent connector comes standard for easy setup.
The Blodgett MARK V-100 BASE single-deck half-size electric convection oven meets cETLus, CE, and NSF standards and includes a three-year warranty on parts and two years on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.
