The Blodgett CTB ADDL electric convection oven adds a single baking compartment to your kitchen, allowing you to cook food on five (5) half-size pans at the same time. This model comes with a modular tilt-down panel with hyper-accurate solid-state manual control knobs that allow you to set the temperature from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, set a timer up to 60 minutes, and cool down or adjust the speed of the 0.25 hp fan.

This unit is primed for the rigors of a busy kitchen, with its corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean stainless steel front, sides, top, and back and sturdy full-angle iron frame. The solid mineral fiber insulation does not sag and keeps the heat contained to provide invaluable protection to heat loss while enhancing the stability of the entire electric commercial oven. Inside is a clean double-sided 14-gauge porcelain lining so that it easily reveals any dirt for the unit is supplied with five (5) chrome-plated racks, which can be rested on nine (9) different positions to give you as much holding flexibility for a variety of products. 

Heat is produced by a pair of 5kW tubular heaters while the two-speed fan circulated the air around and over each and every rack to ensure even cooking all around. It automatically turns off in the event of overheating to prevent damage to the motor. A stainless steel vent riser allows for ventilation to keep your unit safe and comfortable to work in.

Checking baking progress is as easy as looking through the dual-pane thermal glass window installed on the stainless steel doors.  The door has a handle with chrome-plating that allows for opening on the left side.

The Blodgett CTB ADDL single-deck half-size electric convection oven is approved by  NSF, ETL, and CE. It includes a three-year warranty on parts, a two-year warranty on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door. The unit comes standard with a 208 volts connection with 60 hertz and three-phase connection but various configurations are offered.
