Blodgett MARK V-200 BASE Description
Designed to conserve energy and deliver topnotch performance, the Blodgett MARK V-200 BASE electric convection oven adds one extra-deep baking compartment to your kitchen with plenty of space for five full-size pans of food and none of the high energy bills. This unit is a base-oven only to allow for stacking on ADDL ovens from Blodgett. It is an Energy Star-rated piece of equipment that cooks food in various ways including baking, roasting, and special modes like the Cook-and-Hold for extended low-temp cooking time or Pulse Plus perfect for delicate baked products. This unit comes standard with five (5) chrome-plated racks that can be organized to 11 different rack positions to meet your exact needs.
Constructed for the rigorous, fast-paced kitchen, this commercial oven is smooth, easy-to-clean, and rust-resistant on the top, sides, and bottom, thanks to the stainless steel, which is made more stable by the full angle-iron frame adding stability and the non-sagging solid mineral fiber keeps the entire structure rigid while also helping maintain temperatures inside the unit consistent to get quality results.
The convection oven has three tubular heaters that operate at 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, which you can set to your desired temperature with effortless precision using the solid-state thermostat with an LED display. The 0.5 hp aluminized fan circulates the hot air at two speeds to cook the products at the desired intensity in a much shorter time.
The inside is made super easy to clean, with the double-sided porcelain cavity that can handle high-heat baking and facilitate easy cleaning. Halogen lamps help you inspect the product thoroughly from the dual-pane thermal glass windows to eliminate the need to open doors and release heat from the oven. The unit has a control area fan that cools down the unit quickly to prepare for the next batch of cooking or to shut down the unit completely.
The stainless steel doors feature triple-mounted pressure locks and turnbuckle to seal the unit tightly during cooking. You can move the pans inside and out very quickly as the doors open and close from a shared handle with powder coating for an excellent grip. The slide-out front control panel allows for easy access during servicing for convenient access. The unit also has a vent connector for safe operation.
The Blodgett MARK V-200 BASE single-deck half-size electric convection oven is certified by cETL, CE, and NSF and comes with a three-year warranty on parts and two years on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors. The unit comes standard with a 208 voltage, 60Hz, and three-phase power supply, but other voltages are available below along with a range of components and accessories to modify the unit to your exact needs.
