Convection Oven, electric, (base oven only) single-deck, half-size, capacity (5) 13" x 18" pans, (SSM) solid state infinite controls with separate dials for thermostat and timer, 2-speed fan, single door, hinged on right, with dual pane thermal glass window, stainless steel front, sides, top & back, NSF, ETL, CE
If you are looking for a convenient and versatile baking solution to increase your production capacity, the Blodgett CTBR BASE electric convection oven may be just what you need. This oven can be loaded with five (5) half-size baking pans. There are five (5) chrome-plated racks provided that can be adjusted to nine different rack positioning allowing the space to adapt to the various recipes that the day brings.
The top, front, sides, and back of the commercial oven are resistant to rust and corrosion, but are very easy to clean, thanks to the high-quality stainless steel construction. To keep the unit more stable, you’ve got a full-angle iron frame and a sag-free solid mineral fiber insulation, which also helps keep the heat inside the unit for optimal temperature performance.
The baking system operates at 200 to 500°F features a pair of 5-kilowatt tubular heating elements and a 0.25 hp dual-speed fan motor that distributes the hot air throughout the cooking chamber. The solid-state manual knob controls for the temperature and timer--mounted on the right side of the unit where the tilt-down style modular panel is located--deliver industry-standard accuracy.
The dual-pane thermal glass window on the stainless steel door maintains product visibility for quick and instant progress monitoring. The interior has a 14-gauge porcelain lining on both sides. The door is left-hinged and comes with a chrome-plated door handle.
The Blodgett CTBR BASE double-deck half-size electric convection oven meets NSF, ETL, and CE standards and includes a three-year warranty on parts, a two-year warranty on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door. The unit accepts 208 volts power supply at 60 Hertz and three-phase, but a selection of power supply options are offered. Customizations are available below.
