Blodgett DFG-200 DBL Description
Enjoy double the power, capacity, and efficiency in a single piece of equipment with the Blodgett DFG-200 DBL double-deck gas convection oven with 120,000 BTU and a capacity of five (5) full-size baking pans in each compartment. This unit features a solid build courtesy of the stainless steel top, front, and sides, the full angle-iron frame, and the set of four 6" tall stainless steel legs that can be adjusted for stable setup on uneven floors and for maintaining the space underneath.
Maximize the interior capacity by using the 11 rack guides on each compartment. The two-speed, dual inlet blower wheel powered by a 0.5 hp motor circulates the air around each rack to cook the food evenly. This unit uses an electronic spark ignition designed to reduce fuel consumption.
Food is cooked at temperatures ranging from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 50 degrees Fahrenheit with a perfect balance of direct and indirect heat to produce tender and crisped dishes in a short amount of time and give more room for flexibility to tackle many menu offerings. The convection oven comes with a Cook and Hold setting for slow-cooking and a Pulse Plus setting for some of the more delicate products. The solid-state thermostat with an LED display allows accurate digital temperature control. Insulation is provided by solid mineral fiber while a cooling fan facilitates a quick temperature drop so you can start up a new cooking session immediately.
The combustion chamber is made of high temperature-resistant aluminized steel while the interior is illuminated and also lined with 14-gauge double-sided porcelain for fast easy cleaning. Everything is visible from the dual-pane thermal glass windows from the left and right triple-mounted pressure locked doors, which can be opened or closed in unison using a single powder-coated handle for faster and much more comfortable operation.
This commercial oven gives you the ability to get the best flame quality, from the removable dual-tube burners to the adjustable air shutters on the air mixers. If you need to turn off the gas manually, you can easily do so from the gas cut-off valve at the front of the oven. The oven can use a draft diverter or draft hood for ventilation. The front control panel slides out for easy access, especially during servicing and maintenance.
The Blodgett DFG-200 DBL double-deck gas convection oven meets cETL and NSF standards and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.
