Vulcan 60SC-6B24G Description
The Vulcan 60SC-6B24G Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a reliable range that offers a griddle, open top burners as well as convection and standard ovens. This 60” wide range uses stainless steel construction on its sides, front high shelf, and back riser to make sure it will serve in your kitchen for years without any issues.
In the restaurant range category, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. For excellent durability, this range features an aluminized steel frame that’s fully MIG welded. With Vulcan Restaurant Gas Ranges your commercial kitchen will be able to keep up with peak demand without any issue and you can trust that the equipment will serve for years to come.
The six open top burners on this range feature shrouded flash tube pilots for every two burners. This reduces the amount of gas the pilots use while making them more reliable. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
To make griddling food as easy as possible this range has a 24” wide griddle. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
This range comes with two ovens, one is a convection oven and the other is a standard oven. The convection oven uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps to power its blower, a 6-foot power cord is included with a plug to connect it to an outlet, Both ovens are baker’s depth and the convection oven is 26-⅜” wide while the standard oven is 20-¼” in width. Both cavities come with two racks that can be adjusted to 4 positions. The oven cavities have separate thermostats that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
