If you need a restaurant-grade range that comes with a griddle-broiler, open top burners, a convection oven and a standard oven, the 60SC-6B24GB Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan should be at the top of your list. Users will appreciate the layout of this 60” wide range unit that balances its size with its capabilities in a durable platform that is also visually stunning.
The Vulcan Endurance Series™ lineup of Restaurant Gas Ranges are some of the highest quality pieces of equipment available in the category. For excellent durability, this range features an aluminized steel frame that’s fully MIG welded.
This range comes with a half-dozen open top burners and to save on gas while increasing reliability, Vulcan uses an innovative shrouded flash tube pilot system. This protects the pilot from being put out from spills and boilovers while cutting the amount of gas burned by the pilots in half by having one pilot for every two burners. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
The 24” wide griddle-broiler on this range provides versatility for griddling or broiling food. To easily manage excess grease and crumbs on the cooking surface, this griddle-broiler has a 4" wide grease trough which easily fits most spatulas. A pull-out crumb tray holds crumbs and grease for easy disposal.
The standard oven on this range 20-¼” wide while the convection oven is 26-⅜” wide. Both ovens feature porcelain on the bottom and door panel for insulation. The convection oven comes with an electric blower to circulate the hot air and uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. A 6’ power cord is included to connect it to a power source. The ovens are baker’s depth and have 26-⅜” openings and each has two racks. The oven cavities have separate thermostats that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
