Vulcan 60SC-4B36G Description
The 60SC-4B36G Endurance™ Restaurant Gas Range from Vulcan offers users with a versatile range that includes both standard and convection ovens, open top burners and a griddle. Coming in at 60" in width this range model provides balances versatility with the available space to get you the equipment you need in a durable and reliable platform that will last for years to come.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with Restaurant Gas Ranges that stand above the rest. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.
This range's four open top burners feature Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills. This system uses a single pilot for every two burners which also reduces the amount of gas consumed over time. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
With a 36” wide griddle, this range offers plenty of room to handle multiple items. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
This range comes with both convection and standard ovens for versatility. The convection oven comes with an electric blower to circulate the hot air and uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. A 6’ power cord is included to connect it to a power source. The ovens are baker’s depth and have 26-⅜” openings and each has two racks. These ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F.
